Borrower Promotions and Incentives

For Gibraltar Title customers who live outside of the twelve county metro area and choose to close in either our Edina or Maple Grove office, we currently offer the following incentive: The borrower will receive, at the end of closing, a $100.00 credit towards the $225.00 closing fee.
The closing must be held at a Gibraltar Title office. Only transactions involving a full ALTA policy insuring title to property outside the greater metro area are eligible. Borrowers whose property is located in the following counties, or who live or work in the following counties, would not be eligible for the promotion: Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Rice, Scott, Sherburne, Washington, and Wright.
